Shipping and Returns

We want you to be happy. If you ever have a problem with your order email and we’ll help you out.



We currently only ship to the UK mainland. All items will be dispatched the same working day if the orders are received by 1pm.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday with the exception of UK bank holidays.

These are large packages and so required someone to be available to take them in.


We accept returns of unopened, unused products for any reason. Returns must be arranged by contacting us within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us, either through this website, by email or by telephone, with your proof of purchase.  

You are responsible for the cost of return postage.  We recommend using recorded delivery and retaining proof of postage as we are unable to refund goods lost in transit.  Goods will not be refunded if received more than 30 days after delivery.  

If any goods are faulty or damaged when you receive them, we will arrange for them to be replaced or refunded.  You must notify us within 14 days of delivery otherwise no claim will be accepted.

We do not accept returns, cancellations or exchanges for any digital downloads.

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights.
